Dear Members,
The annual Dinner & Dance has been arranged for the above date and venue. There will be a 3 course meal, after dinner entertainment prior to dancing to Aquarius. Reception will be at 7.00 p.m. for 7.45 p.m. and the evening will conclude at 1.00 a.m. Dress will be formal.
The menu is as follows:
Avocado salad with crumbled goat's cheese and a raspberry vinaigrette
OR
Tomato, red pepper and basil soup.

Thyme roasted supreme of chicken filled with sage and onion stuffing wrapped in bacon
OR
Poached tri of Scottish salmon served with a three cheese sauce
OR
Leek & gruyere crown
(a combination of leek & gruyere cheese bound together in a filo pastry bundle).
Roast potatoes, new potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli in a cheese sauce, courgette provencal.

The price per head will be £30 and bookings can be made on the below form bearing in mind that tables are for 10. Copies of the form are behind the bar for your use. There will be an opportunity to pre-order wine for the table. However, the list will be published nearer the time.
You will also notice that the attached form provides for each table to record 2 favourite songs. These will be passed onto the DJ to ensure that everyone's tastes are catered for.
We have opted for The Queens Hall out of practicality because of its size. However, there will still be a finite number and it will have to be a first come, first served basis.
